      Our Price Match PLUS guarantee is based on the entire order price (software + shipping + tax).

      In the very unlikely event that we do not have the lowest prices, you simply need to do the following to claim our Price Match PLUS guarantee:

Include a note with your order (in the comments section of the order process) with the pricing you found (including shipping and tax).  You can also e-mail us with a link to the Ultimatte Authorized Reseller site with the lower price.  Please include the pricing you found (including shipping and tax), your ZIP code, and shipping method, in your e-mail.

      When verified, we will refund the difference and add $50 to the refund!

      We must receive your e-mail within 48 hours of when your order is placed.  We expect to process your Price Match PLUS refund within 24 hours.  On weekends, it may take a little longer.  Most of the time, the refund will be processed within 2-3 hours.
